A multimedia-based dance gallery installation by Kyle Georgina Marsh and Berke Gold. Created through the poetic weaving of dance and design this piece untangles the conceptual dynamics between dance making and garment making.

Project History & Backstory

Conceived after the completion of a weeklong residency at the historic Spratling Ranch in Taxco el Viejo, Guerrero, Kyle and Berke developed the beginnings of this project together through their conversations about the dynamic relationship between physical reality and historical memory. The final product of this project includes the a dance film developed in conjunction with the creation of garments that will be displayed in a gallery installation in Mexico City. Additionally the art and accessories outlined in our rewards section have been created specifically in response to the concepts developed throughout the process of this project.
